Return & Exchange Policy

At LANA Perfect, we care deeply about your satisfaction and hope you love your Omnisprayer. However, if for any reason you need to return it, please email us at returns@lanaperfect.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide detailed instructions for returning the product and processing your refund. Please note, if we do not receive your return request by the 14th day, we will not be able to process a return or refund. Our policy complies with both EU and US regulations.
